What we collect
The estimate form sends us exactly the fields you fill in: your name, a phone number, an email address if you give one, your city, roughly when the property was built, what work you are asking about, and whatever you type in the message box. There is no account, no login, and no hidden field.
How the form works
The estimate form posts to a third-party form-delivery service, which forwards it to our inbox as an email. Your details pass through that service and are not stored in any database of ours. We do not sell them, rent them, or pass them to anyone else, including other trades.
How we use it
To reply to you, book the site visit and price the work. If you reach us by phone instead, we write down what is needed to schedule and quote the job and nothing beyond that.
Analytics and cookies
We run no analytics product and set no advertising cookies. The typefaces are served from this domain rather than pulled from an external font host, which means simply opening a page here does not announce your visit to anybody else. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Retention
We hold enquiry emails while a job is live and afterwards for as long as ordinary business records require. Ask us to erase your details and we will, whether or not you went ahead with the work.
